By accessing or using Novahtech Glass & Mirror services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Novahtech Glass & Mirror offers custom glass products including table tops, shower doors, mirrors, shelves, and installation services. All products are custom-manufactured to order. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by Novahtech Glass & Mirror. Prices are quoted at the time of order and are valid for 30 days. Custom products are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and destination. Novahtech Glass & Mirror is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Warranty
All glass products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Installation services carry a separate 3-year workmanship warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
