Return Policy
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our glass products, we cannot accept returns on custom-cut items once fabrication has begun. Please review your order specifications carefully before confirming. Our team is available to help verify measurements and specifications before fabrication.
Stock Products
Pre-made stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products
If your glass arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement with expedited processing and shipping at no additional cost.
Manufacturing Defects
All products are covered by our 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect, contact our customer service team and we will replace the product at no charge.
