Processing Times
Standard size glass products typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom-cut products require 7-14 business days for fabrication and quality inspection before shipping. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods
We ship via LTL freight carriers specializing in fragile goods. All glass products are custom-crated with our proprietary packing system that includes foam-lined wooden crates, edge protectors, and shock indicators. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Delivery Areas
We offer free shipping to all 9 provinces across South Africa. Remote or outlying areas may incur additional shipping charges. International shipping is available upon request — please contact us for a quote.
